At POW, we occasionally take photographs and record videos of our students during classes, rehearsals, performances, and other events. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Our website and online advertisements

• Printed marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers)

• Press releases and media coverage

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and well-being of all our students. This form outlines how we use photographs and videos, and it seeks your consent for your child to be included in such materials.

hereby grant permission for POW to:

Photograph and Film: Take photographs and videos of my child during classes, rehearsals, performances, and other

school-related activities.

Use and Publish: Use these photographs and videos for promotional purposes, both online and offline, as outlined above.

Retain and Store: Store these images and videos securely for future use, in compliance with data protection laws.

I understand that: My child’s full name or personal contact information will not be published alongside any images or videos. I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting POW in writing. Withdrawing consent will not affect the use of any images or videos already published.

POW complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We will:

Store all images and videos securely.

Use them only for the purposes outlined in this consent form.

Retain them for no longer than necessary.
